Update!!

Just a brief update to report that Lexie weighed in today at lactation class at 9 lbs, 10 ounces!!!! Josie was 8 lbs 11 ounces. Both girls will be in the double digits soon. They had a doctor appointment on Monday and got their shots :( sad for mommy. They both were little champs then spent the evening sleeping it all off. They go back for more shots next week. Josephine is finally on the growth charts at 3rd percentile. Lexie is in the 10th percentile. We will keep working on getting them up to their peers' size.

New Toys:

The kick piano gym - highly recommended. 

Yup, the girls like this - they kick the piano and it makes noise.

I was told we HAD TO HAVE a Rock N Play. I resisted this item, as it seemed like ONE MORE THING to clutter our house with. Well when Josie started having some reflux issues, I was looking for somewhere to let her sleep where she could be at an incline and not spit up as much. This was recommended. I borrowed one from a friend, and not soon after, decided that it was the ideal place to put the girls during the day other than their car seats - they are up from the floor, and their heads aren't flopped over - the Rock n Play has a scooped design that keeps their heads from slumping to the side. They love it. 

And my house has officially been taken over by baby toys.
